What was the key to Theseus success? It was a thread or "mitos" with a long thread wrapped, which Ariadne handed to him before he reached the labyrinth.
The philosophy behind the myth is that we all have the ability to get out of the labyrinth of ignorance and our negative emotions. All we need is determination and a good guide who will show us how to unravel the tangle!
