A formal review requires a $1,000 USD fee and includes:

• • Written go/no-go decision on potential engagement
• • Prioritization of qualified submissions
• • Direct outreach to selected property owners, including off-market opportunities
• • Fee credited toward any future engagement, should we proceed together

The review fee reflects the time, discretion, and expertise required to evaluate opportunities at this level. It ensures we engage exclusively with serious, committed partners.
